To order the book, just complete the form below. The book consists of more than 240 pages and roughly 500 images. The format is 254 by 254 mm. The price of the book is 33 euros plus shipping and handling.

The shipping will vary depending on your residence and fast changing exchange rates. An example is air mail within the EU which is roughly 18 euros (delivery time 4 - 9 working days), rest of world is around 23 euros (delivery within 14 working days). We never charge more than actual shipping costs. We have three payment options: PayPal, cash in registered letter or direct bank transfer. When you have completed the form we will send you payment instructions depending on the payment method you have chosen.

All proceeds will go towards Cancerfonden in Sweden and their cancer research programme.

In addition to the book is a CD with 16 artists featured in the book accompanying the book, this CD will only be available i n the first edition of the book. Exact track listing can be found at the bonus section of this webpage.

All orders are binding and final. If you are under the age of 18 you will need your guardian's premission to order the book.
